Noble Midstream Partners LP [HOUSTON] (NYSE: NBLX) announced that Thomas W. Christensen was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the General Partner. Christensen will continue to serve as Principal Accounting Officer of the General Partner. Christensen was appointed interim Chief Financial Officer in July 2019 and has held the position of Chief Accounting Officer of Noble Midstream since August 2016. He previously served as Corporate Finance Manager in Noble Energy Inc.’s Treasury group. Mr. Christensen joined Noble Energy Inc. upon its acquisition of Rosetta Resources in July 2015. While at Rosetta, he served in positions of increasing responsibility, including serving as its Assistant Controller.
Penn National Gaming, Inc. [WYOMISSING, PA] (NASDAQ: PENN) announced that William J. (“BJ”) Fair, will be stepping down as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) at the conclusion of his current employment contract term, which expires March 31, 2020.
Impact [SANTA BARBARA, CA] announced the appointment of Joo Mi Kim as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Kim served as CFO of Aera Technology. Prior to Aera, Kim served as the Vice President of FP&A and Investor Relations at Qualys.
Hibbett Sports, Inc. [BIRMINGHAM, Alabama] (NASDAQ/GS: HIBB) announced that Scott R. Humphrey is joining the Company as Interim Chief Financial Officer, replacing Christine Skold who fulfilled her contract term and has accepted a full-time permanent position in Nashville. Humphrey most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Ciner Resources, LP. Prior to joining Ciner Resources, Humphrey served in senior treasury positions with Schweitzer-Mauduit International and HYCO International, Inc.

Scott Roberts
HealthStream [NASHVILLE, TN] (NASDAQ: HSTM) announced that it appointed Scott A. Roberts as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Senior Vice President. Roberts had been serving as Interim CFO & Vice President of Accounting and Finance since his appointment to that position in February 2019. Following his service in multiple positions and accompanying promotions in HealthStream’s Finance and Accounting Department after joining the Company in 2002, Roberts was promoted to Vice President, Accounting and Finance in 2015.
AeroVironment, Inc. [SIMI VALLEY, CA] (NASDAQ: AVAV) announced that senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) Teresa Covington will resign to become CFO of a private company, effective October 18, 2019. Brian Shackley, AeroVironment vice president and controller, has been appointed interim chief financial officer, effective October 18, 2019. Shackley joined AeroVironment in January 2016 and has served as vice president and corporate controller since December 2017. He previously served as the company’s director of SEC reporting from January 2016 to December 2017. Shackley has 18 years of experience in various accounting and finance roles, including approximately 9 years in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Los Angeles, California, where he served as an audit senior manager.

Clay Myers
Quorum Software [HOUSTON] announced the appointment of Clay Myers to Chief Financial Officer. Myers most recently he served as chief financial officer and chief operations officer of One Technologies. Prior to that, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at HyperCube LLC.
Enterra Solutions [NEWTOWN, PA] announced that Kevin Cunningham has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Cunningham has over 30 years of investment management experience, most recently serving 7 years as Managing Director and the head of Global Capital Markets with the CPP Investment Board. While at CPPIB, he chaired the Credit Investment Committee and served on the Investment Planning Committee, Liquidity Committee, and Public Markets Management Committee. Prior to CPPIB, he spent 12 years with Goldman Sachs where he held positions globally in New York, Tokyo, and Toronto, and specialized in trading Fixed Income Derivative Securities.
OnKure, Inc. [BOULDER, COLORADO] announced the appointment of R. Michael Carruthers as Chief Financial Officer. Carruthers joins OnKure from Nivalis Therapeutics where he served as Interim President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. Prior to working at Nivalis, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Array BioPharma, Chief Financial Officer of Sievers Instruments, Treasurer and Controller of the Waukesha division of Dover Corporation, and an accountant with Coopers & Lybrand.
Bridg [LOS ANGELES] announced the appointment of Seth Klein to Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Klein served as Chief Financial Officer of All Def Media. Klein also played a key role in scaling Stylehaul. Prior to Stylehaul, Klein spent six years with IAC Interactive where he was Vice President of Finance for Emerging Business and later Chief Financial Officer of CityGrid Media.
Vertical Wellness [LOS ANGELES] announced it has appointed John Philpott as Chief Financial Officer. Philpott’s most recent position was CFO of a sports training and medical facility. Prior that position, he held CFO and Advisory roles in a number of different companies.
Culta LLC [SILVER SPRING, MD] announced Jonathan Clark is joining as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Jonathan joins Culta from CAVA Group, Inc. where he was Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining CAVA, Jonathan was the Chief Financial Officer for Honest Tea.
MRC Global Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: MRC) announced Kelly Youngblood is joining MRC Global, effective November 18, 2019. Mr. Youngblood will initially hold the title of Executive Vice President until the retirement of James E. Braun, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), on March 1, 2020, at which time, Mr. Youngblood will assume the role of Executive Vice President and CFO. Youngblood joins MRC Global from BJ Services, LLC where he serves as Executive Vice President and CFO. Prior to being CFO at BJ Services, Youngblood was the Senior Vice President and CFO at Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. Before that, he held a variety of finance and accounting positions of increasing responsibility at Halliburton, including Vice President of Investor Relations.
Union Pacific [OMAHA, Nebraska] announced Rob Knight, chief financial officer since 2004, plans to retire Dec. 31. Union Pacific appointed Jennifer Hamann to succeed Knight, effective Jan. 1. Currently senior vice president – Finance, Hamann previously held leadership positions in Investor Relations and Marketing and Sales, formerly served as general auditor and also worked in Workforce Resources. Hamann joined Union Pacific in 1992 as corporate auditor.
Citizens, Inc. [AUSTIN, TX] (NYSE: CIA) announced that it has promoted Jeffery P. Conklin to Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Conklin previously served as interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer of the Company since March 2019, in addition to his existing roles as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of the Company since September 2017. Prior to assuming his positions as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer, Mr. Conklin served as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer from May 2017 to September 2017. Conklin came to the Company with over 20 years of life insurance and financial reporting experience, having worked at American International Group, Inc. from 2004 to 2017 in various capacities, including Vice President of Financial Reporting and Vice President of Special Projects.

Karim Damji
WorkBoard [REDWOOD CITY, Calif.] announced that Karim Damji has joined the company’s leadership team as its first Chief Financial Officer. Damji joins WorkBoard after more than seven years at SurveyMonkey where he served as the company’s Vice President of Finance. He also held leadership positions in the company’s treasury and procurement functions, and M&A activities. Prior to SurveyMonkey, Damji held several finance positions at Yahoo! and worked in both the M&A advisory and assurance practices at PwC.
HOF Village, LLC [CANTON, OH] announced that Jason Krom has been named Chief Financial Officer. Krom most recently served as CFO of Outdoor Products Group at Stanley Black & Decker. He joined Stanley Black & Decker as the company’s Vice President of FP&A before being promoted to CFO of Outdoor Products Group in October 2018. Mr. Krom previously served as CFO of the Hollister Brand at Abercrombie & Fitch. Prior to that, he served as the Finance lead for Global Marketing and R&D at The Hershey Company. Krom has also held several other financial positions with companies including Philips Electronics, Novartis, and Johnson & Johnson.
SourceMedia [NEW YORK] announced that Debra S. Mason has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Mason was most recently Chief Financial Officer at Questex. Prior to her role as Chief Financial Officer of Questex, she served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for ALM Media LLC. Her previous leadership positions include nine years as Chief Financial Officer for the Americas region of Ipsos, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of X Plus One Solutions, and six years with Interpublic Group, where she served as the global Chief Financial Officer of several divisions. She also served as Chief Financial Officer of Wolf Group.

Vivek Bedi
Nestlé Waters North America [STAMFORD, Conn.] announced that Vivek Bedi will be appointed to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective December 1, 2019. Bill Pearson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will retire, effective December 31, 2019. Bedi was formerly Senior Vice President, Finance, Control and Investments at Nestlé Waters North America. Bedi has been with Nestlé for more than 20 years. He joined as a management trainee in the Nutrition Division. From 1997 to 2000, Bedi led restructuring projects in North America as a member of Nestlé’s Operations Improvement Team. He joined Nestlé Purina in 2001 and steadily increased his responsibilities. Prior to joining NWNA in 2018, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Nestlé Purina PetCare Latin America & Caribbean.
Canal Insurance Company [GREENVILLE, SC] announced the addition of John Rzepinski to its senior leadership team as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer. Rzepinski was most recently serving as the CFO of CapSpecialty, a role he held since 2013, after serving in roles of increasing responsibility within that company since 2005. Prior to that, he held various positions at other companies in the commercial insurance industry, including Strickland Insurance Group, Universal Insurance Company, and Occidental.
Production Resource Group LLC (PRG) [NEW YORK] announced it has hired Chris Corrini as Chief Financial Officer. Corrini’s corporate resume includes a 10-year tenure as Chief Financial Officer at Brink’s as well as the publicly traded Brink’s Group, which included Brink’s and Brink’s Home Security. Following that, he was CFO at Edison Learning. Other experience includes senior financial roles at ITT Corporation, Akzo Nobel, Chiquita Brands and Ernst & Young.
Intercare Holdings, Inc. [ROCKLIN, CA] has appointed Don Nguyen to be Chief Financial Officer. Don joins Intercare from serving as CFO of Easter Seals.
Spartan Motors, Inc. [CHARLOTTE, MI] (NASDAQ: SPAR) announced that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Frederick Sohm will be stepping down from his position for non-business related reasons.
Kaleido Biosciences [LEXINGTON, MA] (NASDAQ: KLDO), announced that Joshua Brumm will step down as Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer effective October 11, 2019, to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of a biotechnology company. Richard Scalzo, Corporate Controller, has been appointed to serve as Principal Accounting Officer and, in the interim, will assume certain of Mr. Brumm’s responsibilities. Mr. Brumm will continue as an advisor to Kaleido through December 31, 2019.
ThinkHR and Mammoth HR [PLEASANTON, Calif. and PORTLAND, Ore.] announced that Mark Tisdel has joined the companies as chief financial officer. Tisdel has spent the last decade as a CFO for both public and private companies, most recently at Orion Health and Model N. Earlier in his career, Tisdel held finance and accounting leadership positions at organizations including PeopleSoft, prior to its acquisition by Oracle.
Visteon Corporation [VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP, MI] (NASDAQ: VC) announced that Christian Garcia, executive vice president and chief financial officer, has resigned from the company to accept another position based in Houston, Texas. Garcia will continue in his current position through Oct. 31, 2019, to ensure a smooth transition for the company. William Robertson, former vice president and treasurer of the company, has been appointed interim CFO.
Comprehensive Pharmacy Services [MEMPHIS, TN] announced that Benjamin R. Hansen has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining CPS, he most recently served as Chief Operating and Financial Officer for Avaap. He has also been Vice President Finance for Thermo Fisher Scientific Clinical Diagnostics Division, President of ReMedPar for Aramark and CFO for Masterplan.
AgJunction [SCOTTSDALE, AZ] (TSX: AJX) appointed Scott Steinman as chief financial officer. Most recently, he served as CFO of Daystar Products. Prior to Daystar Products, Steinman was VP of finance for the Advanced Surgical division of ConMed. Steinman previously held various senior level finance roles at Stryker, and Curtiss-Wright. Steinman replaces Peter Newton, who was serving as interim CFO.

Robert Hughes
Overstock.com, Inc. [SALT LAKE CITY] announced that Chief Financial Officer Greg Iverson has resigned. The company has appointed its previous principal financial officer, Robert Hughes, as Acting Chief Financial Officer. Rob was the company’s SVP of finance and risk management for five years and VP and Controller for four years. Hughes will continue to serve in his current role as president of Medici Land Governance.
Equity Trust Company [CLEVELAND] announced the appointment of Matt Gardner as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Equity Trust, he spent the last 23 years of his career at Key Bank, with roles of increasing responsibility in Finance, Corporate Treasury, and Investor Relations. His most recent role was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Key’s Corporate Bank.

Matt Miller
Showpad [CHICAGO] announced Matt Miller as its Chief Financial Officer. Miller most recently served as the CFO of Centro. Prior to this role, he was a co-founder and president of two international real estate lending platforms. Matt spent the first part of his career in several corporate finance roles, most recently in investment banking.
Syndio [NEW YORK] announced that the Company has appointed Laurie Cansler as Chief Financial Officer. Cansler joined Syndio from Concentric Advisors, Inc., where she served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Concentric Advisors, she also served as Chief Financial Officer at 98point6. Additionally, Ms. Cansler held similar roles at VoloMetrix, Inc., which was acquired by Microsoft, and at Likewise Software, Inc., which was acquired by EMC.
R1 RCM Inc. [CHICAGO] (NASDAQ: RCM) announced that it appointed Richard B. Evans, Jr., Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, as interim Chief Financial Officer. Evans’ appointment follows the resignation of Christopher Ricaurte, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Evans joined R1 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer in January 2015. From July 2001 until September 2014, he was an audit partner at KPMG LLP, and joined KPMG in 1990.
Kespry [MENLO PARK, CA] announced the appointment of Langley Eide as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Eide was previously Chief Strategy Officer at Alteryx from 2015 to 2019. Prior to Alteryx, Eide served as Vice President, Finance and Strategy at ServiceNow. Before ServiceNow, Eide was an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley’s Capital Markets group. Earlier in her career, Eide was a buy-side equity research analyst.
BioAdaptives, Inc. [LAS VEGAS, NV] (OTC BB: BDPT) announced the appointment of Ron Lambrecht as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer. For the past 25 years Lambrecht has operated a financial services business in addition to facilitating a number of technology acquisitions and joint venture transactions.
