Marc Rothman
BMC [HOUSTON] announced the appointment of Marc E. Rothman as senior vice president (SVP) and chief financial officer (CFO). Before joining BMC, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer at VeriFone Systems Inc. Prior to that role, he held a number of finance and operational leadership roles at Motorola Mobility, including Chief Financial Officer. Rothman joins to take on the role held by Steve Solcher, who will continue to support BMC as Advisor to the CEO.
Macy’s, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: M) announced that Adrian V. Mitchell has been appointed chief financial officer, to take effect November 2, 2020. Mitchell joins Macy’s, Inc. from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he is a Managing Director and Partner in the Digital BCG and Consumer Practices. Prior to joining BCG, Mitchell served as Board Director and member of the Audit and Finance Committee at Recreational Equipment, Inc. from 2016 to 2017. He served as chief executive officer of Arhaus LLC, from 2016 to 2017. Mitchell joined Crate and Barrel in 2010 as chief financial officer. In 2011, he took on the additional responsibilities of chief operating officer and from 2014-2015 he also concurrently served as interim CEO. He held management positions at Target Corporation from 2007 to 2010 including director of strategy & interactive design for target.com and director of innovation & productivity leading enterprise-wide projects for Target Corporation. Mitchell began his career and spent approximately 10 years at McKinsey & Company, Inc. where he co-founded the NA Lean Operations Retail Practice.
TrueCar, Inc. [SANTA MONICA, CA] (NASDAQ: TRUE) announced that Noel Watson has resigned as Chief Financial Officer to accept another business opportunity with a privately-held company outside of the automotive vertical. Watson expects to continue in his current position through November 16, 2020 in order to ensure a smooth transition for the Company. Charles Thomas, the Company’s Controller, will serve as interim principal financial officer.
Orion Energy Systems, Inc. [MANITOWOC, WI] (NASDAQ: OESX) announced the appointment of J. Per Brodin, an accomplished finance executive and public company CFO, to succeed CFO William T. “Bill” Hull. Brodin joins Orion on October 19th and will assume the Chief Financial Officer role following Hull’s previously announced retirement. Most recently, Brodin served as Interim CFO for Fleet Farm. He has also served as CFO for Shopko Stores, ATI Physical Therapy, Claire’s Stores and Centene Corporation. Brodin began his career at Arthur Andersen and took his first corporate position with May Department Stores as Vice President, Accounting and Reporting in 2002.
Pipeline Therapeutics [SAN DIEGO] announced the appointment of Peter Slover as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to becoming Pipeline Therapeutics’ Chief Financial Officer, Peter previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Sophiris Bio Inc. Before that, he held a variety of significant management positions at Anadys Pharmaceuticals Inc., including Vice President, Finance and Operations. Before joining Anadys, Peter was an auditor at KPMG LLP, where he spent seven years in public accounting.
The E.W. Scripps Company [CINCINNATI] (NASDAQ: SSP) announced new role for Lisa Knutson, currently Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, contingent on the closing of its acquisition of ION Media. Knutson will, upon closing, lead the new Scripps national television networks business. Scripps’ acquisition of ION Media is expected to close in the first quarter of 2021, pending regulatory approvals. Knutson will oversee the operations of the newly combined businesses of ION Media, the five Katz networks and Newsy. She joined the company in 2005 and served as chief strategy officer and chief administrative officer before being appointed chief financial officer.
The Real Brokerage Inc. [TORONTO and NEW YORK] (TSX-V: REAX) (OTCQX: REAXF) announced that Michelle Ressler has been appointed as chief financial officer (CFO). Ressler joined Real as vice president of finance in August 2020. Prior to joining Real, Ressler was the controller at Canaccord Genuity Inc. Ressler is based in New York City and will assume the CFO position from Gus Patel, who resigned.
Highview Power [LONDON & ALEXANDRIA, VA] named Nomi Ahmad its Chief Financial Officer effective Jan. 1, 2021. Ahmad joins Highview Power from Sembcorp Industries Ltd, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President after leading Sembcorp Energy UK (SEUK). Prior to joining Sembcorp, Ahmad held roles of increasing seniority at Wärtsilä Corporation, El Paso Energy, Lanco Infratech, Smith Cogeneration and Kidder Peabody.

Nancy Milhous
Form.com [BRAINTREE, MA] announced that Nancy Milhous joined the company as the Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Form.com, Milhous was Corporate Controller at ETQ. Previously, she served as Vice President Corporate Controller at Accruent. She also has held senior accounting and reporting roles at Epicor Software Corp, Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, Fluor, and Deloitte.
VSE Corporation [ALEXANDRIA, VA] (NASDAQ: VSEC) announced the appointment of Stephen D. Griffin as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 9, 2020. Griffin will succeed Thomas Loftus, who previously announced his retirement. Griffin joins VSE after more than a decade in senior finance leadership roles with GE, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Engine Services at GE Aviation. Earlier in his career, Griffin served as the CFO for GE Aviation’s Supply Chain Division. While at GE, Griffin also served as a board member for multiple global joint ventures.
LandSouth Construction [JACKSONVILLE, FL] announced that Jamie DeWispelare has joined LandSouth as the new Chief Financial Officer. DeWispelare joins LandSouth after serving as CFO for Humphreys and Partners. Prior to that, Jamie spent nearly 10 years with Engineering, Automation, & Design Inc.
Kindred Healthcare, LLC [LOUISVILLE, KY] announced that Joel Day has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2021. Day currently serves as Senior Vice President and Operations Chief Financial Officer. Day will succeed current CFO John Lucchese.

Bill Zerella
ACV Auctions Inc. [BUFFALO, NY] announced the appointment of Bill Zerella as Chief Financial Officer. Zerella most recently was the CFO of Luminar Technologies, Inc. Prior to Luminar Technologies, Zerella served as CFO of Fitbit, Inc. Zerella was with Fitbit from 2014 to 2018.
Epirium Bio, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] announced the appointment of Alexander Casdin as chief financial officer (CFO). Prior to joining Epirium, Casdin was founder, CEO and portfolio manager of Reneo Capital Management LP. He previously served as CFO of Sophiris Bio Inc. and vice president of finance for Amylin Pharmaceuticals. He has been a member of the board of directors of multiple life science companies, including Erasca, Inc., Dusa Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Ignyta, Inc. and serves on the advisory board for LunaDNA.
ReCode Therapeutics [MENLO PARK, CA & DALLAS] announced the appointment of Julie Eastland as chief operating officer (COO) and chief financial officer (CFO). Eastland previously served as chief financial officer and chief business officer of Rainier Therapeutics. Prior to Rainier, Eastland served as chief financial officer and chief business officer of Cascadian Therapeutics. Before Cascadian, she served as chief financial officer and vice president of operations at VLST Corporation, and also held financial and strategic management positions of increasing responsibility at Dendreon and Amgen. Eastland serves on the board of directors for Dynavax Technologies, Graybug Vision and Harpoon Therapeutics.

Andrew Matsuyama
Sundyne [ARVADA, CO] announced the appointment of Andrew Matsuyama as Chief Financial Officer. Matsuyama brings nearly 15 years of experience as CFO of Norican Group and its predecessor, Wheelabrator Group. Matsuyama has also previously served as a Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. and he was a Senior Manager at Protiviti Consulting.
Squarespace [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Marcela Martin as its Chief Financial Officer. Martin most recently was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Booking.com. Previously, she spent three years at National Geographic Partners as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Administrative Officer and 18 years in numerous leadership positions, including EVP and CFO, at Fox International Channels. Martin joins on November 1.
The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Joseph E. Amato as executive vice president and senior financial officer, and as executive vice president and interim chief financial officer effective upon the departure of the Bank’s current chief financial officer, Kenneth C. Miller. Miller, who has served as chief financial officer since 2011, announced his intention to retire in 2019. The effective date of his retirement will be January 4, 2021. Amato previously served as chief financial officer at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, from May 2016 to June 2019. He has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of finance and capital market roles, including holding leadership positions at Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

David F. Smith, III
Caregiver Inc. [FORT WORTH, Texas] hired David F. Smith, III as chief financial officer. Smith brings more than 25 years of experience across a range of finance and operating leadership roles, including president and CEO of a large, private-equity backed healthcare company.
Rush Street Interactive, LP [CHICAGO] announced the appointment of Kyle Sauers as Chief Financial Officer. Sauers will join RSI from Echo Global Logistics, where he served as Chief Financial Officer for more than seven years. Prior to joining Echo, Mr. Sauers served as General Manager of the Security & Inspection Products Division at Varian Medical Systems. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Bio-Imaging Research and oversaw its acquisition by Varian Medical Systems. Before that, Sauers was Chief Financial Officer of Sphere Communications and began his career at Arthur Andersen.
GCOM [ALBANY, NY] announced the hire of Paul G. Murray as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining GCOM, Murray was CFO & Treasurer for Phase One Consulting Group (acquired by Accenture). Murray also served as CFO of Digital Management Inc. Earlier in his career, Murray was CFO at Compudyn Corporation, Aptiv Technology Partners, and Proxicom, all portfolio companies of The Gores Group.
Netrix, LLC [CHICAGO] announced that Greg P. Richards has joined Netrix as Chief Financial Officer. Richards most recently served as CFO at Unico Technologies Group and Telular Corporation.

Kayla Waters
TPN [DALLAS] announced that Kayla Waters will be appointed as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective November 1. Waters will be assuming the role from Mike Pate, who will be retiring from his 17-year post as TPN’s Chief Financial Officer. Waters most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance for TPN. Waters has more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry and has served in various roles at TPN over the last 15 years, including Financial Analyst, Accounting Manager, Vice President & Corporate Controller and, most recently, Senior Vice President of Finance.
CURO Compensation Limited [BOSTON and OTTAWA and EDINBURGH, UK] appointed Graeme MacKenzie as CFO. MacKenzie served as CFO at Pulsant for seven years, and previously as finance director at Lumison for six years before its acquisition by Pulsant. Earlier, he worked as finance director for Reuters Research Limited and in finance roles at Edinburgh Financial Publishing and KPMG.
Gemini Financial Holdings Corporation [PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL], the parent company of Olympus Insurance Company, announced that John W. Rollins joined the company in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Before his more recent role as a Principal and Consulting Actuary at Milliman, Inc., John served as Chief Risk Officer of three coastal property insurers, including Florida’s Citizens Property Insurance Corporation.
MJ Holdings, Inc. [LAS VEGAS, NV] (OTC Pink: MJNE) announced the addition of Jim Kelly as its Interim Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). From 2000 to the present, Kelly has served as the Founder and Managing Member of Sunstate Futures, LLC. In addition, Kelly currently serves as the President and Director of Capfin. From 1998 through 2007, Kelly served as the President of Sunstate Equity Trading. Kelly serves as a board level consultant to several public companies as well as securities clearing firms.

Harmony Senior Services [CHARLESTON, SC] welcomed Gloria M. Holland to the company as the Chief Financial Officer. Holland spent over 16 years with Capital Senior Living Corporation in Dallas.
Seed Therapeutics Inc. [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Edward Dongheng Liu as Chief Financial Officer. Liu has served as BeyondSpring’s CFO since 2018. Before joining BeyondSpring, Liu served as Partner and Executive Director at Epiphron Capital, as well as held leadership positions at global financial institutions that include Senior Vice President and Vice President of Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Jefferies and Vice President of Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan.
Oxurion NV [Leuven, Belgium and Boston, MA] (Euronext Brussels: OXUR) announced the appointment of Tom Graney as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Graney will be based in Boston. He will succeed Dominique Vanfleteren who, according to plan, is leaving Oxurion to pursue other interests. Graney most recently served as CFO at Generation Bio. Prior to joining Generation Bio, Tom was Senior Vice President (SVP) and CFO at Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Vertex, he was the CFO and SVP of Finance and Corporate Strategy at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals. Before joining Ironwood, Tom spent 20 years with Johnson & Johnson, serving in various roles in the US and abroad, including being Worldwide VP of Finance and CFO of Ethicon, and VP and CFO of Janssen Pharmaceuticals NA. Graney is currently on the board of AC Immune SA (NASDAQ: ACIU).
Support.com, Inc. [SUNNYVALE, CA] (NASDAQ: SPRT) announced that Caroline Rook has joined the executive management team as its Chief Financial Officer. Rook was CFO of PeopleSupport. She has previously served as CFO of 24/7 Card, CFO of Trident International University, and Corporate Leader, Financial Operations, of Acxiom Corporation.
Realty Income Corporation [SAN DIEGO] (NYSE: O) announced that Christie Kelly will become Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Kelly joined the company’s Board of Directors in November 2019 and currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee. The appointment of Kelly to Chief Financial Officer will take effect January 19, 2021, at which time Kelly will resign from the company’s Board of Directors. Kelly is the former Global Chief Financial Officer of Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated. She worked with JLL from 2013 – 2018. From 2009 – 2013, Kelly was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Duke Realty Corporation. Prior to that, she was a Senior Vice President, Global Real Estate, with Lehman Brothers.
Creative Learning Corp. [BOISE, ID] announced that Robert Boyd tendered his resignation as chief accounting officer and principal financial officer. Boyd remains a part-time employee of the Company. The Company appointed Mike Elkin as chief financial officer of the Company following Boyd’s resignation as chief financial officer. Elkin currently serves as the Controller for a large REIT.
Helen of Troy Limited [EL PASO, TX] announced that Brian L. Grass, Chief Financial Officer, notified the Company of his intention to retire from the Company effective November 1, 2021.
Maptelligent, Inc. [HENDERSON, NV] appointed Richard Ziccardi as its Chief Financial Officer. After 19 years at Bank of New York Mellon in various roles and titles including CAO and Managing Director, up to February 2020, Ziccardi was Global Head of Revenue Control – Asset Servicing.
