AutoZone, Inc. [MEMPHIS, TN] (NYSE: AZO) announced that Bill Giles, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Finance, Information Technology and Store Development will retire at the end of December 2020 Jamere Jackson will join the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer-Elect, Finance. Jamere will come to AutoZone from Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (Hertz) where he was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  Before joining Hertz, Jamere served as Chief Financial Officer of Nielsen Holdings.  Prior to joining Nielsen Holdings, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a division of General Electric Oil and Gas.

Bill Zamagni

CAF America (Charities Aid Foundation of America) [Washington, D.C.] announced retired U.S. Marine Corps Colonel William E. “Bill” Zamagni, Jr. as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for CAF America and CAF Canada. Prior to joining CAF America, Bill served as the CFO, Treasurer, and Vice President of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society. In his last military assignment, he managed an investment portfolio of over 300 science and technology projects for the Office of Naval Research.

Superior Industries International, Inc. [SOUTHFIELD, MI] (NYSE: SUP) announced the appointment of C. Timothy Trenary as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective September 8, 2020. Additionally, Troy Ford, who assumed the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer in early August 2020, will resume his position as Vice President of Corporate Finance at that time. Prior to joining Superior, Trenary was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. from 2013 to 2020. Previously, Trenary had served in several Chief Financial Officer roles, including ProBuild Holdings, LLC, EMCON Technologies Holdings Limited, and DURA Automotive Systems, Inc.

Casa Systems, Inc. [ANDOVER, MA] (NASDAQ: CASA) announced the appointment of Scott Bruckner as Chief Financial Officer. Recently, Bruckner acted as Interim CFO and was SVP Strategy & Corporate Development.

Jamie Beggs

Avient Corporation [CLEVELAND] (NYSE: AVNT) announced that Jamie A. Beggs has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.  She replaces Bradley C. Richardson who has decided to retire later this year. Beggs most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Hunt Consolidated, Inc. Prior to Hunt Consolidated, Beggs worked for 10 years at Celanese Corporation, where she served in a variety of leadership positions, most recently as Corporate Vice President and Treasurer, and earlier as Chief Financial Officer of the Materials Solutions business.  She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

GCM Grosvenor [CHICAGO] announced that Pamela Bentley will join the firm as Managing Director of Finance in October and assume the role of Chief Financial Officer effective January 1, 2021. Bentley joins GCM Grosvenor after 15 years with The Carlyle Group, where in her most recent role she served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Managing Director. She previously held senior finance roles at Transaction Network Services, Inc. and prior to that worked for Arthur Andersen.

AllianceBernstein L.P. (“AB”) [NEW YORK] and AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (“AB Holding”) (NYSE: AB) announced that Ali Dibadj, in addition to his current role as Head of Strategy at AB, will assume the title of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). This change will take effect February 2021. Dibadj joined AB in 2006 as a senior research analyst for Bernstein Research. In 2019, he co-led AB’s Strategy Committee to help senior management chart the strategic vision and course of action for the firm. Dibadj was appointed Head of Finance and Strategy in March 2020. Dibadj will succeed John Weisenseel, current CFO, who will retire from the firm in September 2021. Weisenseel will remain as CFO through February 2021 and then transition into a senior advisor role until his September 2021 retirement.

Jagtar Narula

3D Systems [ROCK HILL, SC] (NYSE: DDD) announced that Jagtar Narula will join the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 14. Currently, he is SVP Corporate Strategy and Business Development for Blackbaud Corporation.  Prior to that, Mr. Narula had finance leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Xerox, GE and with private equity.

Clearcover [CHICAGO] announced the hire of Norman Smagley as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Clearcover, Smagley served as the Chief Financial Officer at Esono. Previously he was the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Gogo LLC. Prior to that, Smagley served for eight years as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rand McNally.

Casper Sleep Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: CSPR) announced that it has appointed Michael Monahan as Chief Financial Officer. Casper also announced that its Interim Chief Financial Officer Stuart Brown has resigned but will continue to support the Company as a consultant during the transition period. Most recently, Monahan served as CFO of HEXO Corp., and prior to that he was CFO of Nutrisystem, Inc. Michael also previously served as CFO of PetroChoice Holdings, Inc.

John Collins

Navy Federal Credit Union [VIENNA, VA] announced the hiring of John Collins as Chief Financial Officer. He joins Navy Federal after a 20-year career with Capital One. Before joining Navy Federal, Collins has led organizations in many key financial areas, including: CFO for a Line of Business, Assistant Corporate Controller, Controller for acquired Bank, Chief of Staff to the CFO, Finance Chief Risk Officer and Capital Markets Executive, and he led two of Capital One’s bank acquisitions and integrations.

Peoples Bancorp Inc. [MARIETTA, OH] (NASDAQ: PEBO) announced that John C. Rogers plans to retire as Peoples’ Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective September 30, 2020. Rogers will also retire from his position as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Peoples’ banking subsidiary, Peoples Bank.  He has held these positions since joining the company in 2015. Peoples further announced that, pursuant to its succession plan, it promoted Katie Bailey to the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Peoples and Peoples Bank, in each case effective October 1, 2020.  Bailey has most recently served as Director of Finance for Peoples and as Senior Vice President, Director of Finance, for Peoples Bank, since January 2019.  She has been with Peoples Bank since May 2011. Bailey joined Peoples from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in May 2011 as SEC Reporting Manager, a position she held until June 2012 when she was promoted by Peoples to Vice President, Controller.  She was further promoted to Senior Vice President, Controller in October 2015, and to Senior Vice President, Director of Finance, in January 2019.

Organogenesis Holdings Inc. [CANTON, MA] (NASDAQ: ORGO) announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Timothy M. Cunningham. Henry Hagopian, the Company’s Vice President of Finance and Treasurer has assumed the role of interim Chief Financial Officer in addition to his current responsibilities. Hagopian previously served as the Company’s Assistant Vice President and Treasurer since January 2017 and prior to that served as the Company’s Corporate Controller from October 2007 through December 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Hagopian served as Assistant Controller and Treasury Manager of CIRCOR International, Inc. from 2005 to 2007 and as Assistant Controller of Stratus Technologies from 2003 to 2005. Prior to joining Stratus, Hagopian held positions of increasing responsibility with Lucent Technologies finance organization, including the restructuring and spin-out from AT&T.

Dai Shi

ICMA-RC [WASHINGTON, DC] announced that Dai Shi joined the company as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Shi joins ICMA-RC from Equitable Holdings, where she served as Chief Finance Officer-Group Retirement Business. Prior to her time there, she held leadership positions at AXA Asia, Prudential Asia and CITI Group.

Gryphon Technologies Inc. [WASHINGTON] announced the appointment of Joe Donohue as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Gryphon, he served as CFO for DLT Solutions and Agilex Technologies.

Crusoe Energy Systems Inc. [DENVER] announced that Matthew DeNezza joined as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Crusoe, DeNezza served as the CFO of Meritage Midstream. Previous to his leadership role at Meritage, DeNezza was the CFO of Eclipse Resources.

Ittella International [PARAMOUNT, CA] announced it has appointed Charles (“Chuck”) F. Cargile as Chief Financial Officer. The Company’s current Chief Financial Officer, Stephanie Dieckmann, will remain with the Company as Chief Operating Officer. Cargile most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Sunworks since March 2017. Prior to joining Sunworks, Cargile served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Newport Corporation from October 2000 until April 2016, when Newport was acquired by MKS Instruments. From November 1998 to October 2000, Cargile had several roles at York International Corporation including Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President, Finance and Corporate Development. Cargile started his career at Coopers & Lybrand and Borg Warner Industrial Products, which later became Flowserve Corporation. Cargile currently serves on the Board of Directors of Sunworks and Photon Control.

Alpana Wegner

Benefitfocus, Inc. [CHARLESTON, SC] (NASDAQ: BNFT) announced that Stephen Swad, the company’s chief financial officer, has been named president and chief executive officer. Benefitfocus also announced the appointment of Alpana Wegner as CFO. Wegner served as Vice President, Corporate Controller of Benefitfocus since December 2017, having first joined the company in April 2017 in the carrier business unit as general manager. Previously, Wegner worked for Blackbaud beginning in October 2008. She served first as director of SEC reporting, then interim Corporate Controller, followed by VP roles as the CFO of the enterprise customer business unit, and in sales operations. From May 2001 to August 2004, Wegner served as the director of external reporting and compliance at Allied Waste Industries, Inc. She also served in the assurance and business advisory segment of Arthur Andersen LLP.

Payroc [TINLEY PARK, IL] announced the appointment of Kevin Hodges as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Payroc, Hodges served as a member of the executive team at EVO Payments where he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining EVO, Hodges held various senior leadership positions at Global Payments Inc.

Independent Bank Corporation [GRAND RAPIDS, MI] (NASDAQ: IBCP), the holding company of Independent Bank, announced that Gavin A. Mohr has been hired as the organization’s new Chief Financial Officer, commencing September 14, 2020.  Previously, IBCP announced on June 23, 2020, that Robert Shuster, the current Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and the Bank, had returned on an interim basis following his previous retirement on January 31, 2020. Since April 2016, Mohr has served as the Chief Financial Officer of STAR Financial Bank (“STAR”). He joined STAR in September 2014 as Treasurer. Prior to joining STAR, Mohr served as Treasurer of Yadkin Bank and Trust and began his career in 2007 with Tower Financial Corporation.

Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation [NEW YORK] (NYSE: MIC) announced that Nick O’Neil has been seconded by the Company’s manager, Macquarie Infrastructure Management (USA), to serve as chief financial officer of MIC effective September 1, 2020. O’Neil succeeds Liam Stewart who has served as chief financial officer of MIC since June 2015. O’Neil joined Macquarie in 2007 and serves as a senior managing director. Before joining Macquarie, O’Neil was employed by KPMG Australia.

MEDNAX, Inc. [FORT LAUDERDALE, FL] (NYSE: MD) announced that C. Marc Richards has been appointed as Executive Vice President. The Company anticipates that Richards will assume the additional role of Chief Financial Officer in October 2020, succeeding Stephen D. Farber, who has announced his plan to depart the Company to pursue other leadership opportunities. Most recently, Richards served as Chief Financial Officer of Quality Care Properties (QCP). Prior to QCP, Richards served first as Chief Financial Officer and then as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Washington Prime Group Inc. He also previously served in executive and finance roles at Sunrise Senior Living, LLC, JE Robert Companies, JER Investors Trust, Republic Property Trust, and The Mills Corporation.

Bionano Genomics, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] (NASDAQ: BNGO) announced that Christopher Stewart joined Bionano as its Chief Financial Officer. Chris joins Bionano most recently from Tesla, where he served as Head of the Maxwell Ultracapacitors business unit after Maxwell Technology was acquired by Tesla. Prior to this acquisition, he served as Vice President of Finance & Information Technology at Maxwell Technologies. Prior to Maxwell Technologies, he served as Vice President, Finance at Entropic Communications, and as Chief Financial Officer of V-ENABLE (now xAD).

IEH Corporation [BROOKLYN, NY] (OTCQX: IEHC) announced that William H. Craig will become the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He will replace Robert Knoth, who is officially retiring. Craig’s appointment will become effective on the next business day following the Company filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and upon Knoth’s official retirement date.
