Paul Lundstrom

Flex [SAN JOSE, CA] (NASDAQ: FLEX) announced that Paul R. Lundstrom will join the company as chief financial officer (CFO) on September 1, 2020. Lundstrom will succeed Chris Collier, who following a successful 25-year career and after serving as Flex’s chief financial officer for the past seven years. Collier will stay on as an employee to support a smooth transition of the CFO position, advise on several key business initiatives and serve as a senior advisor to Revathi Advaithi, chief executive officer (CEO) of Flex for the period commencing on September 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021. Most recently, Lundstrom has served as vice president of Finance and chief financial officer of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. Previously, he held several Division CFO positions as well as corporate finance roles during his 19 years with United Technologies (UTC).

Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. [EL SEGUNDO, CA] (NYSE: AJRD) announced that Dan Boehle has been named as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Boehle joined Aerojet Rocketdyne in August 2017 as Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. Boehle previously worked for more than 15 years at Northrop Grumman Corporation where he served in positions of increasing responsibility, including Director for Aerospace Systems Sector Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis as well as Corporate Assistant Controller and Director of Internal Audit. Boehle succeeds Paul Lundstrom, who will join Flex Ltd. as CFO on September 1, 2020 after nearly 4 years with Aerojet Rocketdyne.

HBC L.P. [TORONTO & NEW YORK] appointed Michael Culhane as Chief Financial Officer of HBC. Most recently, Culhane served as Chief Financial Officer at ULINE, Inc. Previously, Culhane held the role of Chief Financial Officer for The Bon-Ton Stores and Fareportal Inc. Culhane also served as Chief Financial Officer for HBC and held senior finance roles with The May Department Stores Company. Culhane succeeds Ed Record who is stepping down from the company as planned.

Dhivya Suryadevara

Stripe [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Dhivya Suryadevara will be joining the company as Chief Financial Officer. Suryadevara is currently CFO at General Motors.

John Stapleton

General Motors [DETROIT] (NYSE: GM) announced John Stapleton, GM North America chief financial officer, has been named acting global chief financial officer, effective Aug. 31. The appointment follows the resignation of Dhivya Suryadevara, executive vice president and CFO, who will leave the company for an external opportunity outside the automotive industry. Stapleton has been in his current role since January 2014. He joined the company in 1990 and has held a series of finance roles with increasing responsibility in manufacturing, labor, performance improvement and operations.

AECOM [LOS ANGELES] (NYSE: ACM) announced that the Company has named Gaurav Kapoor, currently AECOM’s Chief Accounting Officer, Global Controller and Treasurer, as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 15th. Kapoor served as Chief Accounting Officer and Global Controller since December 2016 and Treasurer since October 2019. He previously served in leadership roles at the Company as Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis from January 2016 to December 2016 and Senior Vice President, Project Delivery, Americas Design Consulting Services from May 2015 to January 2016. Prior to joining the Company in May 2015, Kapoor spent 15 years at Ernst & Young LLP, where he was an audit partner and held various leadership roles.

CITGO Petroleum Corporation [HOUSTON] announced that Curtis Rowe, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, is retiring effective Friday, August 21, 2020, after serving in various capacities over a 29-year career with the Company.

Tiana A. Carr

The Guess Corporation Holding Co., Inc. (TGC) [MIAMI] appointed Tiana A. Carr as executive vice-president, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, secretary and treasurer.

Avis Budget Group, Inc. [PARSIPPANY, NJ] (NASDAQ: CAR) announced that John F. North III will transition from Chief Financial Officer to pursue other interests. Brian Choi will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer on August 24, 2020. Choi has served on the Avis Budget Group Board of Directors since January 2016 and as a partner at SRS Investment Management, LLC since 2008. As part of the transition, Choi will resign from the Avis Budget Group Board of Directors and will also no longer have any affiliation with SRS Investment Management. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Leveraged Finance Group at Lehman Brothers.

Berkshire Sterile Manufacturing Inc. (BSM) [Lee, MA] welcomed Joel Quiñones to their executive team as CFO. Quiñones replaces Paul Souza, who recently retired as CFO. Quiñones was previously the CFO of Prototek Holdings. Prior to Prototek, he served as the CFO for Seaboard Folding Box Company and served time as a consultant in which he acted as the interim CFO for Kochek Company and Interim Controller for Wind River Environmental.

Kelly Tuminelli

TriNet [DUBLIN, CA] announced that Kelly Tuminelli is joining the company as executive vice president of finance, effective September 8. Tuminelli joins the company from Genworth, where she most recently served as Executive Vice President and CFO. In addition to her more than 15 years at Genworth in roles of increasing responsibility, Tuminelli previously held leadership roles at GE Capital and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Weatherford International plc [HOUSTON] (OTC Pink: WFTLF) announced H. Keith Jennings will join the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 1, 2020. Jennings joins us from Calumet Specialty Products Partners L.P., where he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. [INDIANAPOLIS] (NASDAQ: CLMT) announced that it has named L. Todd Borgmann as the Partnership’s Senior Vice President & Interim Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Borgmann will assume the CFO duties on September 1, 2020 following an orderly transition with the current EVP & CFO, H. Keith Jennings, who has announced he will leave the organization effective August 31, 2020.  Borgmann has over twelve years of experience with Calumet.

Kerem Bolukbasi

Exactech [GAINESVILLE, FL] announced the naming of Kerem Bolukbasi as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bolukbasi joins Exactech from TPG Capital where he served as an Operations Executive and was responsible for providing interim executive leadership and operational support to management teams and boards of directors for the firm’s portfolio companies. Bolukbasi’s roles with TPG Capital have included interim CFO and COO for Vice Media, Transplace, McAfee, Fleetpride and Adare Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this, he served as CFO for the GE Gas Engines and Engineering Division of GE Energy. Bolukbasi will succeed Jody Phillips, who has served as Exactech’s CFO for the past 27 years.

Gastro Care Partners [DENVER] (“GCP”) announced Eric Hayes as Chief Financial Officer. Hayes joined GCP in February 2020. Previously, he served as CFO of Urology Associates of Denver. Hayes has also spent time at several financial sponsors, including Backline Partners, KRG Capital Partners and Norwest Mezzanine Partners.

TransEnterix, Inc. [RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC] (NYSE American: TRXC) announced that Shameze Rampertab has been appointed as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 24, 2020. Most recently, Rampertab served as interim Chief Executive Officer (December 2019 to June 2020), Chief Financial Officer (March 2016 to August 2020), and Corporate Secretary and a director (April 2016 to August 2020) at Zomedica Pharmaceuticals Corp. Before joining Zomedica, he served as CFO and Secretary (October 2014 to November 2015) at Profound Medical Corp. Prior to that, he was CFO and Vice President of Finance (October 2010 to October 2014) for Intellipharmaceutics International Inc.

Rob Eggers

StorCentric [SUNNYVALE, CA] announced Rob Eggers has been named StorCentric Chief Financial Officer. Prior to StorCentric, Eggers served in various senior financial management roles for 18 years at Brocade, including Vice President of Finance. Prior experience includes financial leadership roles with IBM and Samsung.

Roger Sawhney

Omega Therapeutics™ [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced the appointment of Dr. Roger Sawhney as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Sawhney served at KKR & Co. as Director of its healthcare investment platform in the Americas. Earlier, he held the role of Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy for Novartis AG, as well as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development for Outcome Health. Sawhney has also served as Partner with both Bain and Company and the Boston Consulting Group.

ECS [FAIRFAX, VA] named Pamela Rothka to the role of chief financial officer. Rothka joins ECS from Octo Consulting, where she served as chief financial officer.

Jean Roberson

Inteliquet [DOVER, DE] announced that it has hired Jean Roberson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Most recently, Roberson was CFO at 2e Creative. Before 2e Creative, Roberson was Chief Financial Officer and advisor to the CEOs of several software- and technology-based companies. From 1998 to 2019, she was CFO at several formative-stage companies. From 1991 to 1998, she worked at Purina Mills, Inc. She joined the company as Internal Auditor and progressed to Director of Cash Management, Assistant Treasurer, and finally Treasurer reporting to the CFO. She began her career at Ernst and Young in St. Louis.

Universal Gamers Amateur Association (UGAA) [NEW YORK] announced that Gerard F. Agoglia is joining as CFO. Agoglia has recently been managing director and founder of Agoglia, LLC.

Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P. [TULSA, OK] (NASDAQ: BKEP, BKEPP) announced Matthew R. Lewis as the new Chief Financial Officer. Lewis will begin his new role on September 8, 2020. Prior to joining Blueknight, Lewis served as Chief Financial Officer at Streamline Innovations, Inc. Prior to Streamline, Lewis was Director of Business Planning & Analysis at Andeavor Logistics. Prior to Andeavor, Lewis served in multiple roles of increasing responsibility at Mid-Con Energy Partners, LP, prior to being appointed Vice President & Chief Financial Officer in 2016.

Jim Francis

Jamboree Housing Corporation [IRVINE, CA] announced that Jim Francis has been hired as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Francis joined Union Bank in 1986 and co-founded its Community Development Finance division in 1995. He has served as a Managing Director for three different Union Bank divisions since 2010.

Ranpak Holdings Corp. [CONCORD TOWNSHIP, Ohio] (NYSE: PACK) announced the appointment of Bill Drew as its Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Drew has been serving as Interim CFO of Ranpak since May 2020 and has previously held other leadership roles in the organization, including Chief of Staff and Head of Business Development. Previously, Drew was Managing Director at One Madison Group, where he assisted in the acquisition of Ranpak by One Madison’s public company investment vehicle. Prior to One Madison, Drew served as Vice President, Investments of HRG Group, and as an investment analyst at Harbinger Capital Partners. Drew began his career as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank.

Terns Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [FOSTER CITY, CA] announced the appointment of Mark Vignola as Chief Financial Officer. Vignola was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of Applied Therapeutics. Prior to joining Applied Therapeutics, Vignola was Head of Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Intercept Pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Intercept in 2015, he was a member of the biotechnology equity research team at Needham & Company.

Mission Mining Co [FAIRFAX, VA] (OTC: MISM) has appointed Amit Jain as CFO. Prior to joining Mission Mining Company, Jain was the Group CFO for DoIT Smart Hospitality. He has also worked in leadership position with organizations like Vodafone, CPA Global, Timex Watches and has also worked with two of the Big 4 Consulting firms namely Price Waterhouse Coopers and KPMG.

Florence Healthcare [ATLANTA] announced Cooper Anderson as chief financial officer. Before joining Florence, he was a CFO at Acuity. Prior to his work with Acuity, he acted as CFO for GreenHaven Group.

Metropolitan Bank Holding Corp. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: MCB), the holding company for Metropolitan Commercial Bank. announced that the Company has hired Greg Sigrist as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Sigrist replaces Anthony J. Fabiano who announced his retirement as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank, effective September 4, 2020. Most recently, Sigrist was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Columbia Banking Systems. Prior to his tenure at Columbia Banking System, Inc., Mr. Sigrist spent 12 years at Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A., where he was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2014. Previously, he served for five years as Vice President, Corporate Accounting Policy/M&A Finance with Citigroup. Sigrist built the foundation of his career with Ernst & Young and McGladrey & Pullen.
