Domino’s Pizza, Inc. [ANN ARBOR, MI] (NYSE: DPZ) announced that Jeffrey D. Lawrence, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, has announced his decision to retire from Domino’s after more than 20 years of service. He has served in his current role for the last five years. Mr. Lawrence has agreed to continue serving as CFO until the company identifies his successor. Once a successor is named, he will step down from his role and will serve as an advisor to Domino’s Chief Executive Officer until the end of 2020.
Jefferies Group LLC [NEW YORK & LONDON & HONG KONG] announced that, effective August 24, 2020, Matthew Larson will become Jefferies Group’s Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Teresa Gendron, who has been Jefferies Group’s Interim Financial Officer since the untimely illness and death of its former CFO, Peg Broadbent. Larson is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Barclays Americas, as well as CFO of Barclays PLC’s Global Markets business. Previously, Larson was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs where he held several roles in the Finance Division.

Leo Greenstein
Tarsus Pharmaceuticals [IRVINE, CA] announced the appointment of Leo Greenstein to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Tarsus, he served in finance roles at several publicly-traded companies in the molecular diagnostics, medical device, and pharmaceutical sectors, most recently as Senior Vice President of Finance & Corporate Controller at Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since 2013.
Ultimus Fund Solutions [CINCINNATI] announce that Michael K. Neborak joined the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Neborak most recently served as EVP, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at First Data Corporation. and previously served in many executive and CFO roles throughout his career including with Willis Group Holdings plc, MSCI Inc., and Citigroup Alternative Investments. He also worked at Solomon Smith Barney in the Investment Banking Division, and began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Ted Myles
Scholar Rock [CAMBRIDGE, MA] (NASDAQ: SRRK) announced the appointment of Edward (Ted) Myles, as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Business Operations. Myles has served on Scholar Rock’s Board of Directors, including as chair of the audit committee and a member of the compensation committee since November 2018. He is stepping down from the Board of Directors in connection with his appointment to the executive leadership team. Myles most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to joining AMAG, he served as CFO and COO at Ocata Therapeutics, Inc. until its acquisition by Astellas Pharma, Inc. His prior leadership positions include CFO and Vice President of Operations at PrimeraDx, Inc. and Controller of EMD Pharmaceuticals (now EMD Serono, a part of Merck KGaA). Earlier in his career, Mr. Myles was an associate in the healthcare investment banking group at SG Cowen Securities Corporation and was a senior associate in the audit practice of Coopers & Lybrand LLP.
RealPage, Inc. [RICHARDSON, TX] (NASDAQ:RP) announced that Tom Ernst, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of RealPage, plans to resign from his position effective as of August 15, 2020 to pursue new opportunities.
Health Plus Management [UNIONDALE, NY] announced the appointment of Jeff Tarlowe as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently he was Operating Partner and Group Chief Financial Officer for Zenyth Partners private equity fund. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer, OptumCare Delivery/ProHealth (a UnitedHealth Group company). Jeff began his career at Merck & Co, Inc. where he served in roles of increasing responsibility before spending several years at private equity backed healthcare technology companies.
AnaptysBio, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] (NASDAQ: ANAB) announced the appointment of Dennis Mulroy as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to AnaptysBio, he has served as Chief Financial Officer of La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company, Taxus Cardium Pharmaceuticals Group, Molecular Imaging and SeraCare Life Sciences.
C4 Therapeutics, Inc. (C4T), [WATERTOWN, MA] announced the addition of William McKee to its leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. McKee currently also serves as Chief Executive Officer of MBJC Associates, LLC. McKee served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for EKR Therapeutics, Inc. from July 2010 until June 2012 when EKR was sold to Cornerstone Therapeutics Inc. Until March 2010, McKee served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Barr Pharmaceuticals, LLC, a subsidiary of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited. Scantron Corporation [EAGAN, MN] announced the addition of Shaun Nugent as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Scantron, Shaun served as the CEO and CFO of several major private and public companies, including Sun Country Airlines, Life Time Fitness, AllOver Media, and Champps Entertainment.

Gateway Health [PITTSBURGH] announced Ja’Ron Bridges has joined the organization as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bridges is joining Gateway Health from Highmark Health, where he most recently served as Vice President of Financial Strategy, Planning and Analysis. Prior to his time at Highmark Health, Bridges held various financial leadership positions at industry-leading organizations, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Chrysler.
AccuVein Inc. [MEDFORD, NY] announce the hire of Kevin McArdle as Chief Financial Officer. McArdle was formerly with Cheetah Medical, which was purchased by Baxter in 2019. Prior to joining Cheetah Medical he was CFO of Histogenics Corporation. Prior to joining Histogenics, McArdle was contract Chief Financial Officer for Avedro, Inc. and INVO Bioscience, Inc. McArdle also started two seed-stage technologies in the fields of cardiac resynchronization therapy.
Calero-MDSL [PHOENIX and ROCHESTER, NY] announced that has hired Brian Brady as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Brian was the Senior Vice President of FP&A and head of Worldwide Finance at EagleView. Prior to EagleView, Brady spent six years in public accounting at PwC.
Eos Energy Storage [EDISON, NJ] announced the appointment of a Sagar C. Kurada to Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Eos, Sagar held previous CFO roles with HighTower Advisors and in multiple GE operating entities, and he also worked in the private equity consulting practice at FCM.

Jarrod M. Watson
ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. [CARROLLTON, TX] (NASDAQ: AEY) announced the appointment of Jarrod M. Watson as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining ADDvantage Technologies, Watson served as Chief Financial Officer of Southland Holdings. Prior to that, he served as Head of Business Analytics & Forecasting for Pizza Hut US, a Yum! Brands subsidiary. Watson has also held financial leadership roles with increasing levels of responsibility for several companies prior to that.
ViaCyte, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] announced the appointment of Brittany Bradrick as Chief Financial Officer. Bradrick joins ViaCyte from Insulet Corporation where she was Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development. Prior to that, she was Director, Business Development and Alliance Management at Abbott Diabetes Care and served life science companies as an investment banker for over ten years with Chase Securities, Credit Suisse, and Piper Jaffray. She currently serves on the advisory board of AltrixBio and the board of MedExecWomen.
Phathom Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [FLORHAM PARK, NJ] (NASDAQ: PHAT) announced that it has appointed Todd Branning as Chief Financial Officer. Interim CFO, David Socks, will continue with the company as a strategic advisor and remain a member of the Board of Directors. Branning was most recently with Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Amneal Pharmaceuticals, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Teva Pharmaceuticals’ Global Generic Medicines division. Prior to joining Teva in 2016, he served as Vice President, Finance, for Allergan plc. Branning has also served in financial leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, PPG Industries, Inc. and Merck & Co., Inc.
EnLink Midstream, LLC [DALLAS] (NYSE: ENLC) announced the appointment of Pablo G. Mercado as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he was CFO for Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. Prior to that, Mercado was an investment banker with the Oil and Gas Group of Credit Suisse and previously at UBS Investment Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He currently serves on the Board of Directors as a member of the Audit and Governance Committees of Comfort Systems USA, Inc.
SPX Corporation [CHARLOTTE, NC] (NYSE: SPXC) announced the appointment of James (“Jamie”) E. Harris as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective August 17, 2020. Scott Sproule, who is retiring from his role as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, continues to serve as an officer of SPX and will remain with the company during the transition period. Harris joins SPX from Elevate Textiles, Inc. where he served as Chief Financial Officer prior to being promoted to interim Chief Executive Officer in March 2020. Before joining Elevate in 2019, Harris spent over ten years with Coca-Cola Consolidated Inc. (NASDAQ: COKE), where he served as Senior Vice President – Chief Financial Officer, eventually becoming Executive Vice President – Business Transformation and Business Services. His prior executive roles include senior financial positions with MedCath Corporation, Fresh Foods Inc., and The Shelton Companies. He began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young.
Corning Natural Gas Holding Corporation [CORNING, NY] announced that Firouzeh Sarhangi retired as chief financial officer (CFO), treasurer, and corporate secretary of the company. Sarhangi served as CFO since 2006. Charles Lenns joined Corning as vice president, chief financial officer, and corporate secretary. Lenns began his professional career in the tax practice of Ernst & Young, and was a partner with Ernst & Young from 1989 until his retirement in 2012. Lenns then served as vice president-tax for Consolidated Edison Inc. from September 2012 until his retirement in December 2018. Following his retirement from Consolidated Edison, he provided accounting consulting services through Lenns Consulting Group, LLC until he joined Corning.
