Armstrong Flooring, Inc. [Lancaster, PA] (NYSE: AFI) announced that Ronald D. Ford will become Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Armstrong Flooring, Mr. Ford served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Silgan Containers. Prior to Silgan Containers, Mr. Ford held various leadership positions at St. Clair Vision and Wells Real Estate Funds, as well as at other companies.

SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. [ORLANDO, Fla.] (NYSE: SEAS) announced the appointment of Marc G. Swanson as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Swanson had been serving in these positions on an interim basis since August 1, 2017. Mr. Swanson most recently served as SeaWorld’s Chief Accounting Officer, a position he was appointed to in 2012, and previously served as interim Chief Financial Officer from June 2015 until September 2015. Previously, he was Vice President, Performance Management, and Corporate Controller of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment from 2011 to 2012, the Corporate Controller of Busch Entertainment Corporation from 2008 to 2011, and the Vice President of Finance of Sesame Place from 2004 to 2008.

Pier 1 Imports, Inc. [FORT WORTH, Texas] (NYSE: PIR) announced that Jeffrey N. Boyer, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is leaving the Company to become Chief Financial Officer of Fossil Group, Inc., where he has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2007.

Fossil Group, Inc. [RICHARDSON, Texas] (NASDAQ: FOSL) announced that Dennis R. Secor, the Company’s current Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, is resigning. Mr. Secor joined the Company in December 2012. The Company announced that Jeffrey N. Boyer, currently a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Boyer was appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors in December 2007. Mr. Boyer currently serves as Chairman of the Company’s Finance Committee, and he is a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Boyer has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Pier 1 Imports, Inc. since June 2015. Prior to joining Pier I Imports, Mr. Boyer served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Tuesday Morning Corporation from September 2013 until June 2015. Mr. Boyer served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of 24 Hour Fitness Worldwide Holdings, Inc., from June 2012 until September 2013 and as their Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from April 2008 until June 2012. Mr. Boyer began his career as an accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1980.

Energizer Holdings, Inc. [ST. LOUIS] (NYSE: ENR) announced that the company has appointed Timothy Gorman as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Since June, Mr. Gorman has served as Energizer’s interim Chief Financial Officer. Prior to serving in that role, Mr. Gorman was Energizer’s Vice President and Controller, Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Gorman had served as Vice President and Controller, Chief Accounting Officer of Energizer since September 2014. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President & Controller of PepsiAmericas, Inc. After his tenure at PepsiAmericas, Inc., Mr. Gorman served as an independent financial consultant. During his tenure at PepsiAmericas, Inc. (previously known as Whitman Corporation), Mr. Gorman served in a number of finance roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President, Planning and Reporting and Assistant Controller.

Sanmina Corporation [SAN JOSE, Calif.] (NASDAQ: SANM) announced that David Anderson has been appointed to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Anderson will succeed Bob Eulau, who has been appointed to Chief Executive Officer as previously announced. Anderson has more than 30 years of experience. Since 2013 he has held the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Sanmina. He joined Sanmina in 2002 as VP Finance and Controller, EMS Operations and in 2004 was promoted to SVP Finance and Controller, Global Operations and Corporate Planning. Prior to joining Sanmina, Anderson held various positions in corporate business development, commercial marketing, finance and internal audit with Nortel Networks. Anderson has also held positions at North American Life, now a part of Manulife Financial. He started his career as an external auditor at Dunwoody & Company, now part of BDO Canada LLP.

DWFritz Automation Inc. [WILSONVILLE, Ore.] announced that the company has appointed David Mendez as chief financial officer. Prior to joining DWFritz, Mendez was CFO, as well as chief operations officer (COO), for several companies in various industries. Most recently Mendez was the COO at CompView Inc. He started his career as a certified public accountant (CPA) with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Cylance® Inc. [IRVINE, Calif.] announced the appointment of Brian Robins as chief financial officer. Robins comes to Cylance after serving as chief financial officer at AlienVault. Before that, he served as vice president and chief financial officer of Global Business Services at CSC. Earlier in his career, Robins was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Verisign. Before that, at NeuStar, Brian served as vice president of finance, treasurer and corporate officer. Robins has also held executive level and financial leadership positions at MCI and Bankers Trust.

Verus Foods [NEW YORK, NY] (OTCQB: RBIZ) announced that Mark W. Lindsey has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining the Company, he spent 11 years with American Capital, Ltd. in a variety of accounting and reporting roles, most recently as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining American Capital, Ltd., Mr. Lindsey also served in various senior roles with XM Satellite Radio, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ipswitch [LEXINGTON, Mass.] announced the appointment of Kevin Bisson as the new Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Bisson was Chief Financial Officer of Dyn. Prior to Dyn, Bisson held CFO roles at three publicly traded technology companies – Mercury Systems, SeaChange International and AMSC. Earlier in his career, he spearheaded the initial public offering of Axcelis Technologies. Bisson began his career at United Technologies where he held several senior financial positions.

Avnet [PHOENIX] (NYSE: AVT) announced that Kevin Moriarty, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the past 4.5 years, has notified the Company of his decision to step down from the position due to personal reasons. Ken Jacobson, the Company’s controller, has been named interim CFO. Ken has been with Avnet for more than 4 years and brings a wealth of experience to this role. In addition, Ken has over 12 years of Big 4 accounting and industry experience working with a variety of public, private, and international companies.

ForeSee [ANN ARBOR, Mich.] announced that Jay Sinder has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Sinder joins ForeSee from ByteGrid, where he served as CFO. Previously, Sinder was at CoreLink Data Center, where he served as CEO after first serving as CFO. Sinder also held CFO roles at Hostway Corporation and Focal Communications Corporation. He is also on the board of directors and serves on the audit committee for telecommunications company PCTEL, Inc.

Redwood Trust, Inc. [MILL VALLEY, Calif.] (NYSE: RWT) announced that Collin Cochrane has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Abate has been serving as Redwood’s interim Chief Financial Officer since his promotion to President in July 2016. Mr. Cochrane has served as Redwood’s Controller and Managing Director since March of 2013. Prior to joining Redwood, Mr. Cochrane served as chief accounting officer and controller for iStar Financial Inc., where he was employed from 2001 to March 2013. Prior to joining iStar Financial, Mr. Cochrane was employed as an auditor by Ernst & Young LLP from 1999 to 2001.

Financial Engines [SUNNYVALE, Calif.] (NASDAQ: FNGN) announced that Craig Foster will join the Financial Engines team as chief financial officer, succeeding Ray Sims, who previously announced his intent to retire. Mr. Foster previously served as chief financial officer at both Amobee from April 2015 to May 2017 and Ubiquiti Networks from February 2013 to April 2015. Previously, Mr. Foster served as a director in the investment banking group at Credit Suisse from June 2012 to February 2013. From August 2007 to June 2012, he worked at UBS Securities as an executive director in the technology group. Prior to banking, Mr. Foster held various management positions at RBC Capital Markets, LoudCloud, Deloitte Consulting, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

AstroNova [WEST WARWICK, R.I.] (NASDAQ: ALOT) announced that John P. Jordan, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, has notified the Company of his intention to resign his position to pursue another professional opportunity. Following Jordan’s departure, Joseph P. O’Connell, AstroNova’s Vice President, Business Development and former Chief Financial Officer, will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer and principal accounting officer until Jordan’s permanent replacement is appointed.

Inspirus Credit Union [SEATTLE] welcomes Alex Mendes as Chief Financial Officer. Mendes started his career in Manhattan with some of the largest financial institutions in the United States. Mendes most recently worked as Chief Financial Officer for Navy Army Credit Union in Texas.

Workhorse Group Inc. [CINCINNATI] (NASDAQ: WKHS) announced that it has appointed Paul Gaitan to chief financial officer. Gaitan succeeds Julio Rodriguez, who has served as CFO since August 2013. Mr. Gaitan was most recently the CFO of Crown Health Care Laundry Services in Pensacola, Florida. He previously served as CFO, corporate controller and controller for ClarkDietrich Building Systems, and in various controller roles at Axion Automotive Technologies, Endar Corporation, Dentsply International, Avery Dennisonand Cummins Engine Company.

Twin Brook Capital Partners [NEW YORK & CHICAGO] announced that Vishal Sheth, former Director on Angelo, Gordon’s finance and accounting team, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Angelo, Gordon in 2014, Mr. Sheth worked at Fortress Investments and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. [SAN CARLOS, Calif.] (NASDAQ: IOVA) announced the appointment of Timothy E. Morris as Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to joining Iovance, Mr. Morris was most recently chief financial officer and head of business development for AcelRx Pharmaceuticals. Before that, Mr. Morris held the positions of chief financial officer and global head of corporate development at VIVUS, Inc. and chief financial officer and senior vice president of finance, administration and manufacturing at Questcor Pharmaceuticals.

Velodyne LiDAR Inc. [SAN JOSE, Calif.] announced Robert (Bob) Brown has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer. Brown joins Velodyne LiDAR from VeriSilicon Holdings Co., where he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. Brown has held senior financial and business development roles at LSI Corporation and Cadence Design Systems, and various finance roles at Hewlett-Packard.

Brown Jordan International Inc. [ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.] has named Jeff Leonard as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining BJI, Jeff was the chief financial officer at The Hillman Group. Prior to joining Hillman, Jeff was CFO of Baker & Taylor.

Willbros Group, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: WG) announced the promotion of Jeffrey B. Kappel as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. He replaces Van A. Welch, who has tendered his resignation. Mr. Kappel’s most recent position with the company has been Corporate Controller, Operations. Since joining Willbros in 2013, Mr. Kappel has held a variety of management level positions within the corporate finance and accounting organization and the Oil & Gas segment. Prior to joining Willbros, Jeff worked for Technip, the Shaw Group and PwC.

LCR Embedded Systems [NORRISTOWN, Pa.] announced the appointment of Sheila Golden, former Controller, as Chief Financial Officer.

Bioventus [DURHAM, N.C.] announced that Greg Anglum has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Anglum joined Bioventus in 2016 as its Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Bioventus, Anglum held CFO positions at Overture, and StrikeIron. He also spent several years in public accounting roles with Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton.

Pieris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [BOSTON, MA] (NASDAQ: PIRS) announced that it has appointed Allan Reine as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Pieris, from 2012 through August 2017, Dr. Reine was a portfolio manager at Lombard Odier Asset Management. Before joining Lombard Odier, Dr. Reine served as a healthcare portfolio manager at various funds, from 2003 through 2012 including Citi Principal Strategies, SAC Capital, Trivium Capital and Alexandra Investment Management. Dr. Reine began his career in 2001 at CIBC World Markets.
